Make sure you have set QueuePlugin ./plugins/adjq_mysql.so (or QueuePlugin .\plugins\adjq_mysql.dll for Win32) in the AutoDJ/Options section of ircbot.conf.
Then set up your MySQL_Queue section as seen here.
